## User agreement for the site thecarat.xyz

### 1. Description of the relationship
This agreement governs the relationship between the User and the carat.xyz website within the framework of the exchange of the cryptocurrency (token) Toncoin (TON) for the “WRAPPED CARAT” token.

### 2. Terms of use of the carat.xyz website and token exchange
By using the site carat.xyz and exchanging the cryptocurrency (token) Toncoin (TON) for the non-speculative token “WRAPPED CARAT”, the User agrees with the following conditions in full and takes full responsibility for all his actions.

### 3. Agreement to the terms and conditions
The user confirms that he has read, understood and agrees to the terms of this agreement. In case of disagreement with any condition or with the entire agreement, he must refrain from using the carat.xyz website and exchanging the Toncoin (TON) cryptocurrency for the non-speculative token “WRAPPED CARAT”.

### 4. Confirmation of user status
The user confirms that he is not a resident of a country in whose jurisdiction participation in ICOs, the circulation of crypto-assets and digital currencies is prohibited. By accepting the terms of use and interacting with the carat.xyz website, the User confirms the absence of resident status in such jurisdictions.

### 5. Token exchange
5.1. When sending cryptocurrency (token) Toncoin (TON) from the address of the cryptocurrency wallet (user) to the address EQCrf1x6OZ3m9g4YP4xM5VJS2oaWjRZTfXUpyBTSRgFm0v1W (smart contract address), the user will be credited to the same address (user address) “WRAPPED CARAT”, in the amount and in accordance with the established values on the website carat.xyz and in the smart contract (smart address)
5.2.“WRAPPED CARAT” credited to the user’s cryptocurrency wallet is not a speculative token or digital asset, but is a utility token, also referred to as: “Utility Token”.
5.3. "WRAPPED CARAT" does not convey any value or speculative content.

### 6. Responsibility of the parties.
6.1. The user confirms that when exchanging cryptocurrency (token) Toncoin (TON) on the carat.xyz website for
"WRAPED CARAT"
The carat.xyz website does not bear any responsibility for losses, lost profits and other costs of the User resulting from the User’s erroneous expectations regarding “WRAPPED CARAT”, the profitability of transactions and other subjective factors.
6.2. By participating in an exchange on the carat.xyz website, the user assumes full legal responsibility before the laws of the state within the jurisdiction of which he is located.

### 7. Final provisions
7.1. This User Agreement comes into force from the moment the agreement is confirmed by the user and is valid for an indefinite period.
7.2. The User undertakes to comply with all the terms of this agreement and comply with the current legislation of his country and international law in the field of crypto-assets and digital currencies.
